How dress rental works

Six steps from choosing a dress to getting your deposit back. You do not need to remember any of them: we email you at every step.

  1. 01

    Choose a dress

    Browse the collection and find a piece for your event. Every item comes with measurements, a description of the fit and the size it suits.

  2. 02

    Choose a period and a date

    4 days, 8 days or a try-on. Pick your delivery date: the calendar only shows days when the item is actually available.

  3. 03

    Pay and collect

    You pay the rental fee, deposit and shipping in one payment. The dress usually arrives at your chosen parcel locker the day before the period starts.

  4. 04

    Enjoy the moment

    This is your day. The dress is cleaned, pressed and ready to wear.

  5. 05

    Return

    We email you a return code. Drop the dress at a parcel locker on the last day of the rental period and leave the cleaning to us.

  6. 06

    Get your deposit back

    Once the dress is back and in good order, we refund the deposit within 3 business days at the latest.
